ARTICULO PRIMERO.- SANCIONAR A SEGUNDO AQUILINO CRUZADO BECERRA identificado con DNI N° 80417789 por infracción al numeral 24° del anexo 1 del Reglamento de Infracciones y Sanciones en Materia Forestal, aprobado por Decreto Supremo N° 007-2021-MIDAGRI; precisando que la multa seria S/.11,903.81 (ONCE MIL NOVECIENTOS TRES CON 81/100 SOLES) y al aceptar las imputaciones desde el inicio del procedimiento administrativo, el administrado accede a los descuentos que la ley establece; es decir, a un 50% por haber reconocido su responsabilidad, que sería S/.5,951.09 (CINCO MIL NOVECIENTOS CINCUENTA Y UNO CON 09/100 SOLES) y como la multa impuesta no va ser impugnada ( ver escrito de fecha 25 de Marzo del año 2024) , goza de un descuento del 25%, por lo tanto, va pagar S/.
