Pollutant Release and Transfer Register \u2013 PRTR (RETC, by its acronym in Spanish) is an environmental information management mechanism linked to the National Environmental Information System &#8211; SINIA, consisting of an inventory or database of materials and chemicals potentially harmful to human health, which are released into the environment and\/or transferred out of the place of generation for treatment or final disposal. The RETC is informative in nature and does not constitute a right, so it does not limit the granting of enabling target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Annex 2<\/a>.
